QUESTION:

Why can I not access the Internet after setting-up and installing Tellurian Networks Residential DSL service?

POSSIBLE SOLUTION(S):

Some versions of Microsoft Windows requires additional configuration as follows:

  1. Open Microsoft Internet Explorer and at the top, click Tools, then select Internet Options, and then click the tab for Connections.

  2. Click the Setup button to open the New Connection Wizard and click Next.

  1. Select Connect to the Internet and click Next.

  1. Select Set up my connection manually and click Next.

  1. Select Connect using a broadband connection that is always on and click Next.

  1. Click Finish to save this configuration. You should now be able to browse the Internet with your DSL connection.
